Kelsey was so excited to get to meet a young superstar in her eyes. 13 year old, Maddie Bradshaw, and her 9 year old sister, Margot, have been making Snap Caps and acessories that Kelsey loves. Just about every grade school girl down here wears them as a necklace, a bracelet, on their hair bows and even on their UGGs.
