Today was a super big day for me. Not a huge day...but a super big day. Today I went to register Kelsey for Kindergarten. Yikes!! Did I just say that? I just can't believe it's already here. I had been thinking about this day for a couple weeks. The past few times I drove Kelsey and Carter to school, I would say to her "Kelsey, 5years ago you were just a little bugaboo that would cry and never let me put you down. The only way I got any peace was to wear you in a sling. You were so cute. We did everything together.... folded your laundry, took Maggie(our dog at the time) for a walk, watered the flowers, shopped, even prepared food. And now, you are a walking, talking, running, jumping, skipping, dancing, silly, beautiful and very creative little girl. Stop growing!!!" Today she laughed heartily with a big smile and said. " I tried. I can't stop Mommy! God didn't make me that way."
All I could say, was "well can't He at least slow you down?"
